Aegis provides qualified individuals to serve as Environmental Compliance Coordinators (ECCs) during construction and operating activities for industrial and governmental clients. These assignments may last a few weeks to more than 2 years. During these assignments, the Aegis professional most often work on-site at the client’s location(s) and reports directly to the specified client management.
The supplied ECC assists in ensuring that the site(s) stay in compliance with environmental requirements during construction and/or operational activities and often has direct interaction with regulatory agencies. Responsibilities often include erosion & sediment control, environmental inspections, air permitting & compliance, water issues including NPDES, SPCC and SWPPP and closure/remediation issues including groundwater sampling and monitoring.
