Ms. Morse has over thirty-five years of experience in the environmental field assisting clients and colleagues through the maze of environmental requirements and associated issues particularly in the areas of air permitting and compliance with greenfield and existing facilities. She has provided waste management and hazardous materials transportation regulatory experience from both the regulatory and consultant perspective. Ms. Morse has provided stormwater requirements assistance in permitting and spill plans associated with oil storage and spill prevention. She has conducted multimedia compliance audits for a variety of multi-state commercial, industrial, and governmental clients. Operations have included electrical and natural gas power production; chemical and related products; consumer products; electrical equipment manufacturing; shipyard production and maintenance operations; marine port activities; RCRA-permitted TSDF and solid waste management facilities; academic institutions and public schools; and local government operations. She has assisted many clients in the development and implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) programs designed to achieve basic compliance to those based on ISO 1401:2015 as well as provided guidance and assistance for entities seeking certification in the Virginia Environmental Excellence Program (VEEP). Ms. Morse has developed and delivered basic and advanced training programs regarding environmental regulatory requirements, conducting proactive audits, and preparing for and handling facility regulatory inspections. She has successfully completed and received certification for BSI 40-Hour ISO 14001-2015 Lead Auditor Training and is a member of the Air & Waste Management Association and an Associate of the Environmental Law Institute.
