Ms. Bausch has over 19 years of experience in environmental issues including extensive work in environmental compliance, training, pollution prevention, auditing, and management systems. Clients have included chemical manufacturing, bulk oil terminals and distribution, industrial gas facilities, air separation facilities, utilities, and universities. She has extensive experience in stormwater and wastewater permitting, in addition to other water compliance concerns. She has led development of SPCC, SWPP, and contingency plans on an on-going basis. Ms. Bausch has also created waste management programs, guidelines, and training-often unique to client-specific operations and conditions. She has worked with clients to solve environmental compliance issues in multiple states, including: permitting and regulatory reporting, assessment of site activity impacts, development of strategies and best management practices to reduce/mitigate impacts, and training specific to client needs. Ms. Bausch has led environmental compliance audits and established compliance tracking tools to assist with regulatory requirements. She has led the development of Aegis’ Environmental Management Systems, Sustainability and Greenhouse Gas services. She has also developed client data collection procedures and managed environmental sustainability programs for both state reporting and non-regulatory third-party requests. Ms. Bausch has extensive ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS) experience and is a certified Lead Auditor. She provides management and support for client EMS programs, including development, implementation, auditing, and preparation for ISO certification and/or participation in voluntary environmental excellence programs.
