Ms. Bausch has over 18 years of experience in environmental issues.  She has assisted with the development of air permit applications, maintained air reporting requirements for numerous clients, and has developed and conducted training in air permit requirements.  She also has extensive knowledge of water use and wastewater discharge permitting in several states.  Ms. Bausch has excellent knowledge and experience in stormwater requirements including permitting and development of stormwater pollution prevention plans.  She develops SPCC, ODCP, SWPP, Facility Response Plans (FRPs), and Integrated Plans on an on-going basis.  Ms. Bausch has developed waste management plans for construction and demolition debris and assisted industrial operations in multiple states with program development and site specific training. She also has worked extensively with cylinder gas and air separation facilities in multiple states to solve environmental compliance issues, including:  permitting, regulatory reporting, assessment of site activities impacts, development of strategies and Best Management Practices to reduce/mitigate impacts, and managing projects involving soil and stormwater sampling and analyses to address potential issues.  Ms. Bausch has led environmental compliance audits in multiple states and has established compliance tracking tools to assist with legal and permit requirements.  Ms. Bausch has led in the development of Aegis’ Environmental Management Systems, Sustainability and Greenhouse Gas services.  She has spearheaded a process to survey multiple industrial facilities for the collection of environmental sustainability metrics for both state reporting and non-regulatory third-party requests.  Ms. Bausch also provides management and support for ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) Programs, including EMS development, implementation, auditing, and certification.
