  • P.E. (Environmental Engineering) obtained December 2017;  Licensed P.E. in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama.  

Mr. Lampel is an Environmental Engineer III and Project Manager with over eleven years of experience working on a variety of air, water, and waste projects.  Mr. Lampel has extensive experience in air permitting, compliance, and reporting and serves as project manager for multiple air compliance projects.  His experience includes completing air permit applications for facilities in multiple states, including NSR permitting and Title V operating permits.  Mr. Lampel has extensive experience in annual Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reporting.  He has experience completing Air Emissions Inventories at numerous facilities for multiple clients, including the development of Air Emissions Inventories for both new and existing facilities.  Mr. Lampel has experience evaluating NSPS and NESHAP applicability and compliance requirements, including fulfilling reporting requirements.  His regulatory knowledge and reporting experience includes landfill regulations (NSPS WWW and MACT AAAA), Boiler MACT (MACT 5D and 6J), and RICE MACT/NSPS (MACT ZZZZ and NSPS IIII and JJJJ).  Mr. Lampel has experience overseeing emissions compliance testing and is certified to conduct visible emissions evaluations (VEEs).  He has experience conducting environmental compliance audits for facilities in multiple states.  Mr. Lampel has experience in stormwater management and permitting and has helped develop and maintain SWPP and SPCC plans for multiple facilities.  He has experience conducting field surveys for air emissions inventories, ODS inventories, SPCC plans, SWPP plans, and groundwater monitoring programs.  Mr. Lampel has experience in GHG reporting including annual CDP disclosure reporting.  Mr. Lampel is a current member of the Air & Waste Management Association (AWMA).
